Tiber Community Centre

We were proud to play a key role in the transformation of the Tiber Football Centre into a vibrant, multi-purpose community hub, delivering the mechanical and electrical building services design that underpins its functionality, comfort, and long-term sustainability.

 

Working closely with the wider project team, our design approach focused on creating safe, adaptable environments that support a wide range of uses, from youth workshops and mentoring sessions, to sports, education, and cultural events. Every system was carefully considered to meet the needs of a modern community space.

 

Our contribution included the design of heating, ventilation, water, drainage, lighting, power, fire safety, and security, ensuring that each element worked seamlessly together to support the building's purpose. We paid particular attention to accessibility, operational efficiency, and long-term adaptability, helping to create a space that is not only technically sound but socially impactful.

 

The building's performance was a key driver throughout the design process. We worked collaboratively to ensure that all services supported low energy consumption, reduced carbon emissions, and long-term cost efficiency. This holistic approach contributed to the building achieving an EPC "A" rating, confirming its alignment with the highest standards of energy efficiency.

 

The Tiber Community Centre now stands as a dynamic, inclusive environment where young people can lead, learn, and thrive.
